Order Acceptance Policy
Euro Beds reserves the right at any time after receipt of your order to accept or decline your order for any reason. Your submission of your order shall constitute your full acceptance of these terms and conditions.
Credit Cards
We accept the following credit cards: Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express. There is no surcharge for using your credit card to make purchases with Euro Beds. Please be sure to provide your exact billing address and telephone number (i.e. the address and phone number your credit card bank has on file for you). Incorrect information will cause a delay in processing your order.

Money Orders, Cashier’s Checks, Company Checks, & Personal Checks
Euro Beds accepts money orders and cashier’s checks in U.S. Dollars only. We do not accept personal checks, and company checks. Orders are processed upon receipt of a money order or cashier’s check, payment must be received within 15 days otherwise the order will be canceled. We cannot guarantee the availability of a product by the time funds clear or payment is received. We will charge a $25 fee on all returned checks. Shipping Policy
Most orders received before 1:00PM will ship the next business day, or as soon as the product is available. Orders are not processed or shipped on Saturday or Sunday, except by prior arrangement. For orders outside the continental United States you need to contact us. We cannot guarantee when an order will arrive. Consider any shipping or transit time offered to you by Euro Beds or other parties only as an estimate. We encourage you to order in a timely fashion to avoid delays caused by shipping or product availability. Euro Beds will use its discretion in selecting a reputable carrier and appropriate means of shipment. Risk of loss or damage to products in transit is yours. In the event of product damage or loss during transit, it is your responsibility to file a claim with the carrier.
Out-of-Stock Products
We will ship your product as it becomes available. Usually, products ship the next business day if ordered by 1:00PM. However, there may be times when the product you have ordered is out-of-stock which will delay fulfilling your order. We will keep you informed of any products that you have ordered that are out-of-stock and unavailable for immediate shipment. You may cancel your order at any time prior to shipping.
Multiple Product Orders
For a multiple product order, we will make every attempt to ship all products contained in the order at the same time. Products that are unavailable at the time of shipping will be shipped as they become available, unless you inform us otherwise. You will only be charged for products contained in a given shipment, plus any applicable shipping charges. You will only be charged for shipping at the rate quoted to you on your purchase receipt. The entirety of this shipping charge may be applied to the first product(s) shipped on a multiple shipment order.
Taxes
Euro Beds shall automatically charge and withhold the applicable sales tax for orders to be delivered to addresses within FL. For orders shipped to other states, you are solely responsible for all sales taxes or other taxes.

Returns
We will gladly accept the return of products after receiving a return authorization number during the 30 days period from the date of purchase for the price paid (excluding shipping and handling cost). Product must be returned in brand new condition, otherwise restocking fees may apply. You are responsible for and must prepay all shipping charges and shall assume all risk of loss or damage to the product while in transit to Euro Beds. If you have received damaged, defective or incorrectly shipped product, please notify customer service within 15 days. The return authorization number may be obtained calling at 1-877-EUROMATTRESS (387-6628). Please allow 3 weeks to credit your account.

Warranty
Latex 15 Years Limited Warranty
Euro Beds warrants the latex mattresses to be free from defects in workmanship for 15 years from date of purchase to the original purchaser with 1- 10 years non-prorated and the next 11-15 years prorated as per appendix A. Repair or replacement of the mattress or foundation does not extend its limited warranty or begin a new warranty period. Euro Beds will at its option, replace or repair any latex mattress if they fail during the warranty period at no charge other than transportation costs. Euro Beds reserves the right to substitute materials or models of equal value and quality. This warranty is valid only if you have used a foundation bed designed with a slat (at least 1” between slats) system allowing the Latex mattress to breathe. The use of any kind of solid surface will cancel the warranty. This limited warranty is provided only to the original purchaser. To validate your warranty you will be required to produce a copy of acceptable proof of date and place of purchase. The warranty does not apply to: Normal body impressions, Firmness preference of the product, Cover (fabric), Product sold for commercial use, Stains or soil, and Burns. It is understood that this does not include normal increase of softness in the Latex, which can occur during normal use. We do not warrant our product as a remedy for any specific medical condition and do not warrant against any complications resulting from the use or inability to use this product. Euro Beds is not liable for incidental or consequential damages arising through the use of this product.
Appendix A
If your latex mattress becomes defective due to workmanship within 11-15 years from date of purchase Euro Beds will replace the mattress at a pro-rated cost. The pro-rated charge will be as follows: the number of years you have owned the mattress divided by fifteen (15), times the original purchase price. During the pro-rated period any transportation costs are the responsibility of the purchaser and will be in addition to the pro-rated charges. Your mattress will be replaced or repaired, at our option, should it be found defective because of faulty workmanship or structural defects other than specific limitations contained here. Substitution or use of improper foundations, platforms or other bases, upon which the mattress is placed, may result in damage to the product. If the consumer utilizes an improper base, causing the product to default, the warranty will be voided.

Foam Mattress 10 Year Limited Warranty
Euro Beds warrants the foam mattresses to be free from defects in workmanship for 10 years from date of purchase to the original purchaser with 1- 5 years non-prorated and the next 6 -10 years prorated as per appendix A. Repair or replacement of the foam mattresses does not extend its limited warranty or begin a new warranty period. Euro Beds will at its option, replace or repair any foam mattresses if they fail during the warranty period at no charge other than transportation costs. Euro Beds reserves the right to substitute materials or models of equal value and quality. This limited warranty is provided only to the original purchaser. To validate your warranty you will be required to produce a copy of acceptable proof of date and place of purchase.

Repair or replacement of the Euro slats or foundation does not extend its limited warranty or begin a new warranty period. Euro Beds will at its option, replace or repair any Euro slats if they fail during the warranty period at no charge other than transportation costs. If your Euro slats becomes defective due to workmanship within 6-10 years from date of purchase Euro Beds will replace the Euro slats at a pro-rated cost. The pro-rated charge will be as follows: the number of years you have owned the Euro slats divided by ten (10), times the original purchase price. During the pro-rated period any transportation costs are the responsibility of the purchaser and will be in addition to the pro-rated charges. Your Euro slats will be replaced or repaired, at our option, should it be found defective because of faulty workmanship or structural defects other than specific limitations contained here. Improper use of the Euro slats may result in damage to the product.

Motor 2 Years Full Warranty
Euro Beds warrants to the original purchaser the motor provided with the “Futura” and “Deluxe” electric beds for two year form the date of purchase against any against defects in material and workmanship, as well as any malfunction of the product caused by water or improperly installation. Batteries are not included in the warranty. During this period Euro Beds will repair or replace the product at our discretion.

Typographical Errors
In the event a product is listed at an incorrect price due to typographical error or error in pricing information received from our suppliers, Euro Beds shall have the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for product listed at the incorrect price. Euro Beds shall have the right to refuse or cancel any such orders whether or not the order has been confirmed and your credit card charged. If your credit card has already been charged for the purchase and your order is canceled, Euro Beds shall immediately issue a credit to your credit card account in the amount of the incorrect price.
