We will gladly accept the return of your product after receiving a return authorization number (RMA) during the 30 days period from the date of purchase for the price paid (excluding shipping and handling cost) by calling Customer Service at 1-877-EUROMATTRESS (387-6628). Euro Slat 10 Year Limited Warranty
Natura Beds warrants the euro slats to be free from defects in workmanship for 10 years from date of purchase to the original purchaser with 1- 5 years non-prorated and the next 6 -10 years prorated as per appendix A. Repair or replacement of the euro slats or foundation does not extend its limited warranty or begin a new warranty period. Natura Beds will at its option, replace or repair any euro slats if they fail during the warranty period at no charge other than transportation costs. Natura Beds reserves the right to substitute materials or models of equal value and quality. This limited warranty is provided only to the original purchaser. To validate your warranty you will be required to produce a copy of acceptable proof of date and place of purchase.
The warranty does not apply to: Normal mattress impressions, Firmness preference of the product, Cover (fabric), Product sold for commercial use, Stains or soil, Burns, or any misuse of the product. We do not warrant our product as a remedy for any specific medical condition and do not warrant against any complications resulting from the use or inability to use this product. Natura Beds is not liable for incidental or consequential damages arising through the use of this product.
Appendix A
If your euro slats becomes defective due to workmanship within 6-10 years from date of purchase Natura Beds will replace the euro slats at a pro-rated cost. The pro-rated charge will be as follows: the number of years you have owned the euro slats divided by ten (10), times the original purchase price. During the pro-rated period any transportation costs are the responsibility of the purchaser and will be in addition to the pro-rated charges. Your euro slats will be replaced or repaired, at our option, should it be found defective because of faulty workmanship or structural defects other than specific limitations contained here. Improper use of the euro slats, may result in damage to the product.

Motor 2 Years Full Warranty
Natura Beds warrants to the original purchaser the motor provided with the “Futura” and “Deluxe” electric beds for two year form the date of purchase against any against defects in material and workmanship, as well as any malfunction of the product not caused by water or improperly installation. Batteries are not included in the warranty. Durin this period Natura Beds will repair or replace the product at our discretion.
